SIDE ENTRY LOW SPEED ALF/ALC SERIES

Agitators used forge larger storage tanks or when medium -high viscosity product is Popular is petrochemical industry for blending of oil, fuels or bitumen.

ALF series is with worm gearbox and a possible seal system:
-when gearbox need to be not in contact with process an additonal bearing stool with coupling. Seal is inside product
-otherwise a seal stool which fit a cartridge seal outside process for higher reliability

ALC series is with high torque, high efficiency bevel gearbox and has additional stool to fit cartridge mechanical seal . Optionals are spacer coupling, shut off device, larger flange to fit mixer i n vessel with impeller mounted.

Agitator is available in ATEX version, zone 1 and 2, and is equipped with high capacity impellers Sabre C. These allow to have same capacity of competitors at same power but with lower speed. Lower speed guarantee higher expected life for bearings and mechanical seal.
